We are seeking a
Project Controls Manager
to join a growing, collaborative team of project professionals who deliver some of the most complex and rewarding projects in the industry. In this role, you'll take ownership of project schedules, provide critical insights that guide planning and execution, and help ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

What You'll Do

  • Develop, maintain, and update master project schedules.
  • Review baseline and resource-loaded schedules, analyze variances, and recommend adjustments.
  • Perform time impact analyses for change orders and schedule deviations.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to forecast labor and productivity trends.
  • Review project documentation for potential impacts on schedule or cost.
  • Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Support effective communication and decision-making across project teams.

What You'll Bring

  • 4+ years
    of experience in project controls, scheduling, or cost management within
    power generation, energy, or heavy industrial sectors
    .
  • Advanced proficiency with
    Oracle Primavera P6
    .
  • Strong skills in
    Microsoft Excel
    and general Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in
    EPC
    (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) projects preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead, collaborate, and adapt in fast-paced environments.
