Minimum Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• Registered as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Specialty ARRT certification(s) if required for position. State licensure if required by law.
• Two years of experience to include OR or procedural navigation duties.
• BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.

Interoperative Radiology Technologist Advanced

• Analyzes results and identifies issues with the quality of imaging results.
• In addition to the general duties of a radiology technologist, the advanced radiology technologist will be required to operate advanced imaging equipment to support procedural work in the OR to include surgical navigation equipment, c-arm fluoroscopic devices, o-arm fluoroscopic devices and other complex surgical navigation systems.
• Takes appropriate action to resolve image quality issues, including re-positioning patient and repeating procedure. Enters and transmits images.
• May work with Radiology students.
