About the Role:
You'll work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to help children and teens (ages 3–18) with developmental disabilities reach their goals in play, self-care, and sensory-motor skills. You'll assist in implementing treatment plans, adapting activities, and cheering on every accomplishment along the way

Qualifications:

• Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Arizona
• Eligible for general supervision under AZ OT Board guidelines
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
• Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
• A passion for making therapy engaging, meaningful, and fun
