As a Barista, you'll be at the heart of our coffee shop, ensuring every cup is brewed to perfection and every guest feels welcome. Your key responsibilities will include: - Preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages with precision and care. - Engaging with customers to provide friendly and personalized service. - Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the café area. - Operating and maintaining coffee equipment to ensure quality and efficiency. - Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed. - Collaborating with team members to create a positive and productive work environment.

We're seeking a skilled and dedicated individual who brings both experience and passion to the role. To succeed as a Barista at The Goshen Brew, you should have: - At least 3 years of barista experience, with a strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques. - A customer-first attitude and excellent communication skills. - The ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a busy café setting. - A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality. - A team-oriented mindset and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
