Job Overview
Join our BREAKFAST team We are seeking a dedicated person to join our culinary team. Wednesday through Sunday, BREAKFAST service: 5am to 10:00am.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a strong understanding of food safety and preparation techniques. This role is essential in maintaining the high standards of our kitchen, ensuring that every dish meets our quality expectations. Whether you are preparing ingredients or cooking dishes, your contributions will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of ingredients for daily service, including chopping, slicing, and marinating.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and prep areas.
  • Follow all food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our guests.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
  • Participate in menu planning and development, contributing creative ideas for new dishes.
  • Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and cleaned after use.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a culinary role would be great but we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for the food industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being able to work independently when required.
  • Culinary education or relevant certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as needed.
