About the Role:
We're looking for a highly organized, charismatic, and creative individual to join our SMB Sales team as our Sales Support & Culture Champion. This brand-new role offers the exciting opportunity to blend operational excellence for our clients with culture-driven engagement that keeps our internal remote sales team connected and thriving.
As the Sales Support & Culture Champion, you'll balance structured sales support with creative initiatives that spark motivation, connection, and fun. You'll be a key partner in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while driving the energy, recognition, and sense of community that make our team great.
