Position Summary

The Market Analytics Specialist will support Global Marketing and U.S. Commercial teams by delivering data-driven insights, market intelligence, and strategic analysis. This role is responsible for building market share reports, analyzing sales and healthcare claims data, maintaining market models, and supporting research initiatives with executive-level visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Validate, categorize, and analyze market, sales, and healthcare claims data.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly market/share tracking reports with actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and automated reporting tools (Excel, PowerBI).
  • Update market forecast models and identify historical and forward-looking trends for annual business planning.
  • Support ad hoc market, competition, and sales analytics projects.
  • Conduct primary and secondary research for competitive intelligence and customer insights.
  • Manage projects and drive cross-functional collaboration with IT, Marketing, Commercial, Finance, and related teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or market research.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data manipulation).
  • Experience with BI and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in diagnostics, medical devices, or healthcare databases/tools (IQVIA, Clarivate, Nielsen, Circana).
  • Experience with market modeling.
  • Familiarity with competitive intelligence tools and methodologies.
