Responsibilities.

• Responsible for working within a Scrum team to develop software designs that will be used for new and improved web applications.
• Work with clients, product managers, architects, and software engineers to plan, design, develop, test, and implement impactful software solutions that support various-sized companies.
• Participate in a Scrum call to prioritize and track work and to choose user stories to work within a sprint cycle. Developing and testing codes.
• Design, develop, debug, and deploy software solutions.
• Choose user stories through prioritization, work within a team to understand responsibilities, identify issues, and communicate coding priorities in an Agile environment.
• Participate in other Agile ceremonies, including scheduled sprint demos, sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint review and sprint retrospective.
• Build scalable, reliable, and robust web applications and distributed systems.
• Proven track record of developing innovative products and driving AI or GenAI initiatives in enterprise contexts.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

You will have Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, related Engineering disciplines, or related field of study plus seven (7) years of related experience required. The company will also accept a master's degree and five (5) years of related experience.

Four (4) years of experience must include: Java; J2EE; Spring Framework; Restful Services; SQL/PLSQL; GenAI Tools such as CoPilot, Amazon Q, Cursor, ClaudeCode, RDBMS – Oracle; Frontend - Angular, Java Scripts; Unit Testing – Junit; Programming Design Patterns; Distributed Application Architecture Standards; and UML.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is USD $91, USD $246,240.00 / Year*

• Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
