As a growing design-build and maintenance company with a relentless commitment to craftsmanship and client satisfaction, we're looking for a Landscape Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

This role is about owning the outcome. You'll lead teams, manage high-end residential and commercial installations, and be the driving force from kickoff through punch list.

What You'll Own:

● Jobsite Execution: You'll be the lead on all aspects of project performance—materials, labor, timelines, and quality.

● Team Leadership: Guide and support crew leaders, foremen, and subcontractors to hit daily and weekly goals.

● Client Communication: Be the face of the project. Regular updates, walkthroughs, and issue resolution are part of your rhythm.

● Quality & Safety: Set the standard on workmanship, jobsite safety, and detail execution that exceeds expectations.

● Budget & Profitability: Track labor and materials daily. Push for performance. Protect margins.

● 90% of projects completed on time and within budget

● Gross margin meets or exceeds job estimates

● 4.5+ average client satisfaction score

● 100% of punch lists closed within 7 days

● Proactive, clear, and timely communication—internally and externally

You're a Fit If You:

● Know how to run high-quality hardscape and landscape jobs without babysitting

● Can manage multiple crews and multiple jobs simultaneously

● Lead by example and hold teams accountable without micromanaging

● Understand scheduling, labor, materials, and production

Experience Required:

● 2+ years in landscape construction project management

● Deep knowledge of hardscapes, planting, grading, drainage, and irrigation

● Proven ability to read and execute from plans and design documents

● Comfortable using job tracking and scheduling software (Aspire preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55, $65,000.00 per year
