Armed Security Guard

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Armed Guard to join our team. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their assets. This position requires a strong background in law enforcement and/or security, as well as excellent surveillance and conflict management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Provide security services to protect clients and their property
- Enforce access control procedures
- Write detailed incident reports
- Capacity to remain standing throughout the entirety of the shift.
- Capability to refrain from personal phone usage.
- Respond to emergency situations and take appropriate action
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential security risks
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary

Skills:
- Must possess a valid security guard license or certificate
- For Armed Security Guards; Must possess a valid armed security guard license or certificate
- Previous experience in law enforcement or security is required
- Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations effectively
