We're looking for a compassionate, motivated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team. Whether you're a new grad or an experienced clinician, you'll find a collaborative environment, mentorship opportunities, and the chance to make a real impact in your community.

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality, one-on-one care for a diverse outpatient caseload
• Develop individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals
• Collaborate with a supportive team of PTs, PTAs, and front office staff
• Contribute to a positive, patient-centered culture focused on results and relationships
• Participate in continuing education and professional development

What We're Looking For

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active New Jersey PT license (or eligibility for licensure)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A commitment to exceptional patient care and lifelong learning
