Halo Spa Center is seeking a Sales-Driven Operations Manager to lead daily operations while actively driving revenue, conversion, and service utilization. This role requires someone who can manage staff performance, optimize client flow, and push sales targets across all service categories. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, disciplined, and comfortable holding a team accountable to metrics, scripts, and goals.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations with a focus on sales performance and conversion rates.
- Train, coach, and supervise staff on sales scripts, product knowledge, and closing techniques.
- Monitor daily KPIs, including bookings, upsells, memberships, retention, and revenue per client.
- Execute sales strategies to maximize service utilization and monthly targets.
- Oversee scheduling, call flow, and client pipeline to reduce gaps and increase booking efficiency.
- Manage inventory, retail stock levels, and vendor orders to support sales opportunities.
- Ensure consistent operational standards, including front desk procedures and treatment room readiness.
- Handle client escalations with a customer-first, resolution-driven approach.
- Implement process improvements that support higher sales volume and smoother operations.
- Collaborate with ownership on promotions, pricing strategies, and performance reports.
Experience & Qualifications
- 3+ years of management or supervisory experience in a sales-driven environment (medspa, spa, salon, fitness, hospitality, or healthcare preferred).
- Proven ability to coach teams to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Strong understanding of service-based sales, upselling, and customer retention.
- Experience tracking KPIs, analyzing performance data, and taking corrective action.
- Skilled in managing multiple operational functions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communicator with the ability to enforce standards and maintain accountability.
- Familiarity with booking systems, CRMs, and lead funnels is a plus.
- High attention to detail, strong follow-through, and a results-focused mindset.
Bonuses:
- Commission on sales.
Pay: $ $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
