Role Description

Our world class team is adding a full-time Software Designer located in Orange, California. The Software Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing innovative software solutions for diagnostic equipment. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, overseeing project progress, creating and testing software, and refining software interfaces for usability and functionality. The role may also involve troubleshooting, maintaining existing software, and ensuring product compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, or Java
• Experience with GitHub, storage solutions, software design patterns, system architecture, and user interface design
• Ability to work collaboratively with hardware engineers and product management teams
• Familiarity with software testing, debugging, and version control tools
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Experience in the automotive or diagnostic equipment industry is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
