Key Responsibilities

• Work with product, engineering, and design to identify customer and team pain points and build generative AI solutions using software engineering best practices
• Work across the full stack - frontend, backend, and infrastructure - integrating AI capabilities directly into applications
• Build intelligent search and retrieval systems that help users find relevant information quickly
• Design effective interactions with foundation models (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini) to achieve reliable behaviors
• Ship AI-powered features with the same reliability and performance standards as any other application components

Preferred Experience

• 5+ years developing modern full-stack web applications on client- and server- side web applications with Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience building applications with foundation models through direct API integration
• Proven ability to work with product, engineering, and design teams to identify user problems and translate them into technical solutions, leading the initiative for how to build delightful AI (generative) solutions
• Comfortable working across the full application stack
• Strong communication skills for working with cross-functional teams that are not on the technology side of the business
• An understanding of how to use tool calling, multi agents, etc. and some excitement about MCPs
• Working experience with Machine Learning (PyTorch, scikit-learn), training/deploying models with proprietary or Open Source models
