Customer Service Representative

DutiesWorking in a fast pace speciality animal hospital front staff.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and patient record continuity

-Assist in keeping the front reception area clean and ready for the next day

Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred

Any veterinary/animal experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Familiarity with outbound calling and phone etiquette
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with empathy
- Multilingual abilities are highly valued
