Senior Associate, Marketing Lifecycle Analytics

• Lead analysis and reporting of engagement data across campaigns and channels.
• Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and strategy teams to optimize member experiences.
• Develop insights and recommendations to improve engagement outcomes.
• Document methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Support governance and compliance activities related to engagement data.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in economics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in engagement or lifecycle analytics or master's degree in economics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• 4+ years of experience with data visualization, modeling, and reporting tools.
• 3+ years of experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL).

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with customer journey analytics and segmentation.
• Exposure to healthcare or insurance marketing environments.
• Experience with campaign performance measurement.
