Job Description:

The Senior .NET Developer
is responsible for leading the planning, analysis, design, implementation, maintenance, and governance of processes within the Appeals and Grievances (AG360) platform. This role collaborates closely with Business Analysts to understand product requirements and applies advanced technical expertise in .NET development, SQL, and data analysis to enhance existing systems and deliver new features. Prior experience in the healthcare domain is highly preferred to ensure efficient execution of responsibilities.

Roles and responsibilities include following:

• Understand functional requirements for AG360 system and prepare high level and detailed design documents.
• Break down development activities into manageable tasks and deliver them within defined timelines.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries to support data aggregation, analysis, and system performance improvements.
• Address customer inquiries, review and resolve JIRA tickets, and provide fixes in alignment with BAU (Business-as-Usual) processes.
• Design, code, test, and debug applications using the .NET framework.
• Build efficient back-end logic and integrate with databases using tools like SQL Server and Postgre.
• Write clean, reusable, and well-structured code; perform code reviews; and ensure overall software quality and performance.
• Lead the design and architecture of complex systems, mentor junior developers, and enforce best practices.
• Research, evaluate, and implement new technologies, frameworks, and tools, staying current with advancements in the .NET ecosystem.

Experience:

• 6–8 years of experience in .NET technologies including C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET.
• 5–6 years of experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and
• 5–7 years of hands-on experience with relational databases, particularly SQL Server and PostgreSQL, with strong skills in writing advanced SQL logic and performing data analysis.
• Proficiency using development tools like Visual Studio and version control systems such as Git.
• Experience with architectural styles and APIs, including REST.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, communication, and teamwork skills.
