Overview:

Location: Quincy, IL

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm, Some Variability Based on Business Needs

Pay Range: $54,600 - $81,910 Annually | Based on Relevant Experience

Quincy Medical Group needs an Executive Assistant who helps a fast-moving executive team operate efficiently, consistently, and with confidence. You're modest about it, but you know you're the one who actually keeps the whole operation upright. Every calendar block has a purpose, every deck is tight, every detail checked three times before it leaves your hands. You're the kind of Executive Assistant who can see a conflict, a gap, or a bad assumption a mile away. You slip into deep focus, sort the chaos, and would always rather be doing the work than talking about how busy you are. You notice what others miss, and you're not satisfied until everything is clear, correct, and finished.

In this role, you'll sit at the center of a high-performing environment—supporting the CEO and Executive Leadership Team across a wide range of priorities. Board meetings, physician leaders, community partners, and staff all need time, attention, and coordination, with very little room for error. We need someone with a strong spine and a sharp brain to pull it all together. You'll own the calendars, board and executive meeting prep, travel, inbox triage, and the flow of information into and out of the CEO's office. You'll also build and refine the systems behind it all—templates, files, dashboards, and processes that make the work smoother, cleaner, and more predictable. This is your control center, and when it runs well, everyone feels it.

We want an Executive Assistant who values honesty, accuracy, and efficiency above all. You ask good questions, you want the source data, and you don't mind pushing back when something doesn't line up. You're direct, factual, and professional in your communication. Confidential information stays locked down with you. You're okay being in the background publicly, as long as the people who matter—your executive team—know exactly how critical you are to their success.

In return, you'll get a front-row seat to high-level decision making, a close working relationship with the CEO, and a chance to leave a real legacy in how the executive office runs. You'll work from your strengths, be respected for your judgment, and be surrounded by smart, driven professionals who rely on you.

If you've already spent time supporting C-suite or senior executives, live comfortably inside Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel, and can handle shifting priorities without losing your grip on the details— we'd like to meet you.
