Real Estate Agent

Job Summary:
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Real Estate Agent to become part of our growing team. In this commission-based role, you'll guide clients through the process of buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties. Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in the purchase, sale, and leasing of properties.
• Conduct market analyses to evaluate property values and competitive pricing.
• Support and advise clients through each step of the real estate transaction.
• Ensure all activities comply with real estate laws and fair housing standards.
• Create, manage, and update property listings across multiple platforms.
• Arrange property tours, showings, and open house events.
• Negotiate terms and prepare contracts for sales and lease agreements.
• Coordinate appraisals, inspections, and other necessary services with external partners.
• Collaborate with attorneys, lenders, and other professionals throughout the transaction process.
• Stay informed about market trends and updates in real estate regulations.

• Bilingual communication skills are an advantage.
