]( Clinical Trainer will be responsible for developing, implementing, scheduling, and delivering training programs to clinical staff to ensure they meet competency standards to expertly perform their work in a multi-specialty medical practice.](

]( you will do:](
[
](
Develop, implement, and deliver a training program for new and existing clinical staff. This will include general procedure and specialty training.
Develop, implement, and deliver a training program for Patient Care Technicians to gain skills, knowledge and abilities so they may successfully transition to Clinical Assistants once specific licensure is obtained.
Provide training through first weeks of hire and throughout the Patient Care Tech.
Collaborates with medical providers and unit management in the planning, implementation and delivery of educational curricula.
Provide CLIA training to staff while staying current on related testing procedures.
Develop and facilitate OSHA training procedures for new and tenured staff to ensure ongoing compliance with medical practice requirements.
Create and implement an in-service continuing education schedule for clinical staff. Deliver the training and/or schedule external trainers, and document participant records.
Role models the principles of a Just Culture and Organizational Values.
Perform other duties as assigned. Must be HIPAA compliant.

Minimum of 3 years experience with applicable patient care and administrative duties required.
Expert knowledge of medical terminology, medical equipment, HIPAA compliance and OSHA rules and regulations.

Medical Assistant Certification (MAC) by the American Medical Certification Association
Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant by the National Association for Health Professionals

State of Colorado Emergency Medical Technician license
State of Colorado Licensed Practical Nurse or valid compact state license
