]( the opportunity:](

]( position works collaboratively with Behavioral Health leadership, psychiatrists, physicians, unit leaders and staff, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure operations of the Precourt Healing Center run according to policy/regulations and align with Behavioral Health's and Vail Health's mission, vision, and values. Responsibilities include being a resource for staff; monitoring for and driving compliance to standards; managing hospital resources in a manner that maintains stewardship and safety; participating and providing leadership in emergent/crisis situations; escalating issues as needed to department or senior leadership; ensuring safe, compliant, and coordinated transfer of all patients in or out of the facility; completing necessary follow-up and documentation for all occurrences; and promoting customer service and patient satisfaction. The ability to effectively communicate, collaborate with team members, and maintain professionalism are key qualities for success in this role. ](

Five years clinical nursing experience required.
Two years leadership experience preferred.
Two years of inpatient behavioral health experience preferred.

Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Colorado or from a valid compact state required.

Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

Must possess, or be able to obtain within 90 days, the computers skills necessary to complete online learning requirements for job specific competencies, access online forms and policies, complete online benefits enrollment, etc.
