Join our dynamic Fulfillment Associate team in the heart of Los Angeles, California! We are looking for dedicated individuals to support our growing e-commerce operations. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time. Your responsibilities will include picking items from inventory, packing them securely for shipment, and preparing orders for dispatch. This role requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment, and a strong commitment to safety. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
- Inspect picked items for quality and damage.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure product protection during transit.
- Label packages correctly for shipping.
- Prepare orders for shipment, staging them in designated areas.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to overall warehouse tidiness.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock put-away as needed.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets and contribute to the efficiency of our logistics network.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or similar role is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Must be able to perform lifting tasks, handling items up to 40 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
- Understanding of logistics and order fulfillment processes is beneficial.
