Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Warehouse Coordinator to oversee operations at our Fort Worth, Texas facility. This position is key to ensuring the smooth functioning of our warehouse, managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and supervising warehouse staff. You will play a vital role in optimizing workflow, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring efficient logistics. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of warehouse management systems, and a commitment to excellence. Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
  • Manage inventory levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Oversee the efficient flow of goods, from inbound receipt to outbound shipment.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Train and mentor warehouse staff on operational procedures and safety protocols.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum efficiency.
  • Coordinate with transportation providers and manage shipping schedules.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they arise.
  • Monitor and manage tasks that require Lifting and the use of material handling equipment.
  • Implement and maintain best practices in logistics and supply chain management.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in warehouse management or a supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management software (WMS) and MS Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices, including material handling and Lifting techniques.
  • Ability to develop and implement process improvements.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion.
