Responsibilities:
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring all goods are handled carefully.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Stock inventory in designated locations throughout the warehouse.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Identify and report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions.
- Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required for various tasks.
- Perform tasks that may involve significant Lifting and physical exertion.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required for motivated candidates.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to perform repetitive tasks and work in a dynamic logistics environment.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse setting which may include varying temperatures.
