We are looking for a dedicated Reach Truck Operator to join our state-of-the-art logistics facility in Austin, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a reach truck to move and store materials at various heights within our warehouse. Precision and efficiency are key as you navigate narrow aisles and high racking systems. Your duties will include receiving, put-away, replenishment, and order picking operations. A strong understanding of inventory management principles and warehouse flow is essential. You will be expected to maintain a high level of accuracy in all tasks, contributing to efficient inventory control. Ensuring the safe operation of the reach truck and adherence to all company safety protocols, including the correct use of PPE, is non-negotiable. This position demands physical stamina for consistent Lifting and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Join our growing team and play a vital role in our supply chain operations. Responsibilities:
- Operate reach truck safely and efficiently to move and store products.
- Accurately place products in designated warehouse locations.
- Replenish inventory stock.
- Assist with order picking and kitting as required.
- Conduct daily pre-operation checks on equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned areas.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety guidelines and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience operating a reach truck is required.
- Proficiency in navigating high-rack systems.
- Ability to perform heavy Lifting tasks as needed.
- Knowledge of warehouse logistics and inventory procedures.
- Commitment to wearing required PPE at all times.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Must be able to work flexible hours.
