This multifaceted role supports the entire warehouse process, from receiving and stocking to picking, packing, and shipping. We are seeking hardworking and reliable individuals who are committed to maintaining high standards of accuracy and Safety. You will receive comprehensive training on all warehouse procedures, equipment operation, and Safety protocols, including the critical use of PPE. This role involves considerable physical activity, including regular Lifting. Join our dedicated team and help us ensure efficient and timely fulfillment of orders for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently (certification may be required).
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with stock management.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring the safe handling of all goods.
- Follow all company Safety policies and procedures diligently.
- Utilize all required PPE correctly and consistently.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned, which may include significant Lifting.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy Lifting, for extended periods.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and basic inventory control.
- Strong commitment to Safety and adherence to all regulations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude towards workflow.
