This role is essential for maintaining the smooth flow of goods through our distribution network. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy and proper storage.
- Pick customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists, ensuring correctness.
- Pack items securely for shipment, utilizing appropriate packaging materials.
- Stage outgoing orders for carrier pickup and assist with loading/unloading trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment according to company standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, following all guidelines and training.
- Must be able to handle frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Wear all required PPE, including safety glasses and vests, as part of our Safety protocol.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and help resolve discrepancies.
- Support overall logistics operations and collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical capability to perform tasks including standing, walking, bending, and Lifting for extended durations.
- Commitment to Safety and following operational procedures meticulously.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
