Join our growing team as a Picker/Packer in Omaha, Nebraska. This role is essential for ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. You will be responsible for retrieving items from warehouse shelves, verifying quantities and product details, and then carefully packing them into appropriate shipping containers. Attention to detail is paramount to minimize errors and ensure customer satisfaction. You will also be involved in maintaining an organized workspace, tracking inventory levels for picked items, and assisting with other warehouse tasks as needed. The ideal candidate is reliable, efficient, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality. This position demands physical stamina for regular Lifting and the ability to work at a steady pace. Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics is beneficial. Safety is our top priority; therefore, adherence to all safety guidelines and the proper use of PPE are non-negotiable.
