Safety is paramount; therefore, all associates must adhere strictly to safety procedures and properly utilize all required PPE. The role requires the ability to perform consistent physical activity, including lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs. Experience with warehouse equipment like pallet jacks and a general understanding of logistics principles are beneficial. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders.
- Pack orders carefully for safe transit.
- Stock and organize inventory within the distribution center.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Comply with all company safety policies and ensure proper use of PPE.
- Perform lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Assist with inventory counts and record keeping.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center role is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse operations and logistics.
- Understanding of safety regulations and PPE.
- Strong team player with good communication skills.
