We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our facility in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role is essential for the efficient operation of our warehouse and plays a key part in our overall logistics network. You will be involved in a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping goods. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent record-keeping and stock checks.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free from hazards.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Ability to handle regular Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Ensure correct usage of PPE , including safety vests, gloves, and steel-toed boots.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of logistics flow.
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring manual labor and frequent Lifting .
