We are looking for diligent and motivated Order Pickers to join our fast-paced logistics operations in Denver, Colorado. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order lists or scanner.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate containers for shipping.
- Verify order accuracy before packing and dispatch.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety and operational efficiency.
- Assist with inventory control and stock rotation.
- Proper use of required PPE , including safety shoes and gloves.
- Be prepared for tasks involving moderate Lifting .
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory systems.
- Ability to read and understand order forms and product labels.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Understanding of logistics processes.
