Job Summary:
Join our vibrant team as a Warehouse Associate in Denver, Colorado! This role is essential for the efficient operation of our warehouse, focusing on the movement, organization, and preparation of goods. Your responsibilities will include receiving and unloading shipments, accurately stocking inventory, picking and packing orders for dispatch, and ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the work environment. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dependable individual with a strong commitment to teamwork and operational excellence. Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is advantageous, but comprehensive training will be provided. You will play a key part in our logistics process, contributing to timely and accurate order fulfillment. This involves ensuring that all items are correctly handled and stored, and assisting in maintaining precise inventory records. You will collaborate with fellow associates and supervisors to meet demanding performance objectives while upholding stringent quality and Safety standards.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, identify, and store incoming goods.
  • Sort and place inventory in the correct warehouse locations.
  • Accurately fulfill customer orders by picking items.
  • Package products for shipment, ensuring protection during transit.
  • Operate material handling equipment, following all safety guidelines.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly workspace.
  • Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.
  • Report any product damage or inconsistencies to supervisors.
  • Adhere strictly to all company policies, particularly those concerning Safety and operational conduct.
Requirements:
  • Ability to handle consistent Lifting tasks, with weights up to 50 lbs.
  • Must wear appropriate PPE for all tasks.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse functions and logistics flow.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Capacity to work effectively both independently and in a team setting.
  • Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.
  • Comfortable performing physical duties throughout the shift.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new warehouse procedures.
