We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented individuals to work as Picker/Packers in our Washington, D.C. facility. This role is fundamental to our e-commerce fulfillment process and supports our broader Logistics network. Responsibilities include accurately picking items for customer orders, efficiently packing orders for shipment, labeling packages, and maintaining a clean and organized workstation. A strong commitment to workplace Safety is essential, and all team members must consistently wear their assigned PPE . The job involves repetitive motion, standing for extended periods, and occasional Lifting of packages. We are looking for team players who are reliable, efficient, and dedicated to meeting order fulfillment targets. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick orders based on order sheets or scanning devices.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipping.
- Label packages correctly for domestic and international delivery.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization.
- Adhere to all Safety protocols and consistently wear appropriate PPE .
- Support the efficient flow of our Logistics operations, including tasks involving moderate Lifting .
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or general warehouse work is advantageous.
- Ability to perform moderate Lifting (up to 35 lbs).
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and basic Logistics .
- Commitment to workplace Safety and correct usage of PPE .
- Ability to stand and move for the duration of the shift.
