We are seeking a meticulous Inventory Clerk to join our busy warehouse in Los Angeles, California. This role is central to maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our inventory. You will be responsible for conducting regular inventory counts, reconciling discrepancies, investigating stock adjustments, and maintaining detailed inventory records. Your work will directly impact our Logistics efficiency and customer satisfaction. A strong focus on accuracy, organization, and workplace Safety is paramount. You will be required to wear all designated PPE and follow all safety procedures diligently. While not as physically demanding as some roles, occasional Lifting of inventory may be required. Responsibilities:
- Perform regular cycle counts and full physical inventories.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Analyze inventory data and report findings to management.
- Assist with receiving and put-away processes as needed.
- Ensure all inventory is properly labeled and organized.
- Adhere to all Safety guidelines and wear the appropriate PPE .
- Support the overall efficiency of our Logistics operations through accurate inventory management, with occasional need for Lifting .
- Previous experience as an Inventory Clerk or in a similar role.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform occasional Lifting of up to 30 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics .
- Commitment to workplace Safety and proper use of PPE .
