We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the warehouse team.
- Ensure efficient receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
- Implement and enforce all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE .
- Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular audits.
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum efficiency.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements.
- Manage shipping and receiving schedules.
- Address any operational issues or employee concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively.
- Commitment to workplace safety and employee well-being.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including occasional lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
