We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to become an integral part of our operations in Kansas City, Missouri. This role is fundamental to ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods within our facility. You will be involved in various aspects of warehouse management, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will directly impact our customer satisfaction. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment is a top priority, requiring strict adherence to all company safety protocols and the consistent use of PPE . This position demands physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks involving lifting , bending, and standing for extended periods. Familiarity with warehouse logistics and inventory systems is a plus. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are team players and possess a strong work ethic. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, verify, and stock incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment as trained and required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with inventory control procedures.
- Adhere to all company safety regulations and utilize required PPE .
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Assist in other warehouse functions as needed.
- Perform tasks involving regular lifting and physical activity.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is advantageous.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Understanding of basic logistics and inventory management.
