We are seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our growing team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role is essential to our e-commerce logistics operations, ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of customer orders from receipt to shipment. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving inventory, stocking shelves, picking and packing customer orders, and preparing shipments for dispatch. The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and Safety. You will work in a dynamic environment and collaborate with team members to meet daily targets. Responsibilities include utilizing warehouse technology, ensuring inventory accuracy, and adhering to all company policies and procedures. Mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required at all times to ensure a safe working environment. This position requires significant physical activity, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, and bending for extended periods. Experience with warehouse management systems and order fulfillment processes is highly desirable. Become an integral part of our logistics network and contribute to exceptional customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently from start to finish.
- Receive, inspect, and properly stock incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack items according to specific order requirements.
- Prepare customer orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks as needed.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent checking and reporting.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse environment.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety protocols and procedures.
- Wear required PPE, including safety glasses, gloves, and appropriate footwear.
- Meet and exceed productivity and quality performance standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Solid understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining a Safe work environment.
- Willingness to consistently wear appropriate PPE.
- Capacity to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
