Join our team as a Warehouse Worker in Denver, Colorado! We're looking for energetic and dependable individuals to support our daily warehouse activities. This role involves a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, order picking, and preparing shipments. You'll be an integral part of our Logistics operations, ensuring that goods move efficiently and accurately through our facility. A strong commitment to Safety and adherence to all guidelines, including the use of PPE, is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper placement and organization.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging pallets.
- Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, free from hazards.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
- Follow all company Safety procedures and protocols, including proper Lifting techniques.
- Understand and contribute to the efficiency of our Logistics department.
- Comply with all company policies and regulations, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Regularly perform tasks that involve moderate Lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
- Participate in team activities to support overall warehouse goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive movements, including moderate Lifting.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and following all established procedures.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be willing and able to wear all required PPE.
