Job Summary:
Join our growing team as a Fulfillment Associate in Indianapolis, Indiana! This role is the backbone of our order processing system, responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. You'll be working in a state-of-the-art warehouse, contributing to the efficient flow of goods within our Logistics network. A keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this position. We prioritize Safety and ensure all team members are trained on proper procedures and the use of necessary PPE.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick orders from warehouse shelves using pick lists or scanning devices.
  • Inspect items for damage or defects before packing.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently using appropriate materials.
  • Label packages with shipping information and prepare them for dispatch.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring aisles are clear and free of hazards.
  • Assist with receiving incoming shipments and stocking inventory.
  • Perform cycle counts and inventory verification as directed.
  • Adhere to all company Safety guidelines and procedures, including proper Lifting techniques.
  • Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as hand trucks or pallet jacks.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of the Logistics department by meeting or exceeding productivity targets.
  • Understand and implement all safety protocols, including the mandatory use of provided PPE.
  • Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns.
  • Handle various items, which may require significant Lifting of up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment preferred.
  • Ability to read and understand pick lists and shipping labels.
  • Basic math skills for inventory tasks.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, and perform moderate Lifting.
  • Commitment to workplace Safety and following all protocols.
  • Familiarity with Logistics operations is a plus.
  • Willingness to wear required PPE consistently.
