- Performing daily cycle counts and detailed inventory audits.
- Identifying, analyzing, and resolving inventory variances.
- Maintaining precise inventory data in the WMS.
- Monitoring stock levels and reporting on stock status.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve inventory accuracy and reduce shrinkage.
- Collaborating with operations, receiving, and shipping departments to ensure smooth inventory flow.
- Ensuring strict adherence to all safety protocols and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in inventory control, preferably within a logistics or distribution setting. Proficiency in WMS software and excellent problem-solving skills are essential. This role requires the ability to perform tasks that may involve lifting up to 40 pounds and working efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
