Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse staff.
- Ensure efficient execution of receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
- Train and mentor warehouse associates, providing guidance and feedback.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy.
- Implement and enforce all **safety** policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with **PPE** usage.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for maximum efficiency.
- Manage **Lifting** and material handling equipment operations.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and address any performance issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless **logistics** integration.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they arise.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or leadership role.
Demonstrated knowledge of warehouse **logistics** and inventory management.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
Commitment to workplace **safety** and **PPE** compliance.
Ability to manage teams and drive performance.
Experience with **Lifting** requirements and safe material handling practices.
