Join our growing logistics team in San Antonio, Texas, as a Warehouse Associate! We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to contribute to the efficient operation of our warehouse. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in ensuring that our products are handled with care and that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. We are committed to providing a safe and productive workplace for all our associates.
Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and stock items accurately.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and deadlines.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring aisles are clear and product is stored properly.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including **safety** guidelines and the correct use of **PPE**.
- Assist with **Lifting** and moving of products, up to 50 lbs.
- Contribute to the overall **logistics** and efficiency of the warehouse operations.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred.
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including frequent **Lifting** and standing.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with **PPE** and warehouse **safety** protocols.
Understanding of basic **logistics** and inventory procedures.
