Become a key player in our distribution center as a Picker/Packer in Orlando, Florida. This role is vital for ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for expertly picking items from warehouse shelves and preparing them for shipment, which includes careful packing to prevent damage during transit. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items according to order specifications.
- Inspect items for quality and ensure correct quantities.
- Pack orders safely and securely to prevent damage during shipping.
- Label packages accurately for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized picking and packing station.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines, including proper use of PPE.
- Meet daily picking and packing quotas while maintaining accuracy.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations through careful work.
- Follow all directives regarding lifting and material handling.
