Join our growing team as a Warehouse Associate in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This dynamic role is fundamental to our supply chain operations, involving the movement, sorting, and preparation of goods. You will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, accurately picking and packing orders, and preparing outgoing shipments for our logistics partners. The ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment is essential. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and organized workspace. This position requires physical activity, including significant lifting and standing for extended periods. Understanding and implementing correct lifting techniques is crucial to prevent injuries. All team members are required to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times within the warehouse. - Receiving and verifying incoming inventory against purchase orders.
- Staging and storing products in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately fulfilling customer orders through picking and packing.
- Preparing shipments for transportation, including accurate labeling and documentation.
- Participating in inventory control processes such as cycle counting.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor and work areas.
- Following all company safety procedures and guidelines.
- Assisting with other warehouse duties as assigned.
