We are seeking enthusiastic Warehouse Workers to join our growing logistics operation in San Diego, California. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be integral to the efficient functioning of our facility. Your duties will include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and staging items for shipping, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. We are committed to operational excellence and require individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and dedicated to workplace safety. Your contribution is key to our logistics success.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Accurately pick orders using pick lists or RF scanners.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Stage outgoing orders for carriers.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated areas.
- Keep the warehouse clean, orderly, and hazard-free.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as needed.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and audits.
- Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and protocols, including the use of PPE.
- Participate in team efforts to achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred.
- Ability to perform frequent and significant Lifting (up to 60 lbs).
- Capacity to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and logistics.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to strictly follow safety regulations and wear all required PPE.
