Become an essential part of our team as an Inventory Clerk in San Francisco, California! This role is crucial for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including cycle counting, data entry, and discrepancy investigation. Responsibilities include conducting regular cycle counts of inventory items, investigating and resolving discrepancies between physical counts and system records, performing data entry for inventory transactions, and assisting with physical inventories. You will also help maintain organized storage areas and ensure proper stock rotation. The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively is vital. A solid understanding of inventory management principles and logistics is beneficial. Your accurate record-keeping directly impacts our ability to fulfill orders and manage our stock effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Accurately record inventory data and transactions.
- Assist in maintaining organized stock locations.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in inventory control or as an Inventory Clerk.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of warehouse logistics and inventory principles.
- Good communication skills.
