Join our dynamic team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, as a Fulfillment Associate! We are seeking motivated and energetic individuals to play a key role in our order fulfillment process. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. This role is essential to our Logistics operations, ensuring that our customers receive their products quickly and correctly. You will work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the efficient flow of goods through our warehouse. A strong commitment to accuracy, speed, and Safety is crucial. Your responsibilities will include:
- Accurately picking items from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
- Packing orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Labeling packages correctly with shipping information.
- Operating various warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks or RF scanners.
- Conducting quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work station and general warehouse area.
- Adhering to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Using appropriate PPE as required, including steel-toed boots and safety glasses.
- Participating in inventory counts and stock rotation.
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
