Become a vital part of our distribution network as an Order Picker in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania! In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently retrieving products from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. Your speed, accuracy, and attention to detail directly impact customer satisfaction and the overall efficiency of our logistics operations. We are looking for motivated individuals who can work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include reading pick lists or using scanning devices to locate items, collecting the correct quantities, and preparing items for shipment. Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus. A strong understanding of inventory organization and warehouse layout is beneficial. Safety is our top priority, and all employees are required to adhere to strict safety protocols and correctly use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role requires significant physical stamina, including the ability to walk or stand for extended periods and frequent lifting of items weighing up to 40 lbs. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves according to order tickets or scanner instructions.
- Verify product codes and quantities before picking.
- Stage picked items in designated areas for packing and shipping.
- Operate pallet jacks or other equipment as needed for order picking.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Achieve performance goals for picking accuracy and speed.
- Report any stock discrepancies or damages encountered during picking.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts as directed.
- Contribute to the efficient operation of our logistics hub.
- Must be able to perform frequent lifting up to 40 lbs.
