*Speech Pathologist Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in school settings. This role involves providing speech therapy services to children, assessing their needs, and developing individualized treatment plans to enhance their communication skills. The Speech Language Pathologist will collaborate with educators, parents. Speech pathologist will be responsible for supervision of RBT staff.
*Speech Therapist Responsibilities*
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech and language abilities for students.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student assessments and goals.
* Provide direct speech therapy services to children with communication disorders.
* Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support patient care and educational goals.
* Educate families on strategies to support their child's communication development at home.
* Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in speech therapy and early intervention.
*SLP Qualifications*
* Must have a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
* Must have a current state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
* Experience in school settings is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and student assessment techniques.
* Familiarity with early intervention strategies for children with speech and language delays.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75.00 - $85.00 per hour
