Role Overview and Responsibilities As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping business change initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational strategy and objectives. Youll work closely with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and facilitating access to subject matter experts. Your responsibilities will include: Building strong, strategic relationships across departments and managing stakeholder expectations. Supporting organisational readiness for change and ensuring benefits realisation. Promoting innovation by identifying new opportunities, methods, and technologies. Maintaining high standards of communication and collaboration across all levels of the organisation. Essential Skills and Experience To succeed in this role, you should bring: Proven experience in business analysis within complex organisations, ideally Higher Education. Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience with process improvement, organisational change, and benefits realisation. Familiarity with delivery approaches such as Waterfall and Agile. Degree and/or professional qualification in Business Analysis or equivalent experience. Desirable Skills Exposure to user experience analysis and modelling techniques. Understanding of financial, cultural, and technological factors influencing change. Ability to champion a Business Analysis Centre of Excellence.
